FirstCare Installation and Training

As part of our installation program we have developed included a 3 level training program that has a “Teach the Teachers” session where we give on site training to those who will have responsibility for supporting the equipment.
This provides hands on experience of the equipment in a controlled environment. Here we take you through step by step the equipment and its use. “Train the Users” this covers all the normal user functions, make and end a call use the cameras and facilities and make the general user community comfortable but enthusiastic about using the system.
Finally “Excite the Execs”, this is short session not only to show senior people within a company or organisation what they have invested in but also make them excited enough to use it day to day in business and see the benefits it offers.
Our belief is that Video Conferencing is a technology that will grow by people using the equipment and feeling comfortable with it, our aim is to make it as simple as a telephone call and to demystifying the technology behind it.
