The First Connections FirstCare is a support package that allows you peace of mind when you invest in your Video Conferencing solution. It is an ongoing relationship that’s more than just technical support, we put our video number into the equipment’s address book for a reason: We want to help, we want you to call, we want our end user to feel comfortable using the equipment. That is why we have a manned Video Help desk during business hours to enable prompt solutions to problems that may arise, and to help you complete those more demanding tasks – data sharing, collaborative working.

The FirstCare help desk is there to ensure any problems are resolved as quickly as possible, nearly all problems that are reported are either user problems or telephone problems in reaching the far end (wrong video number or settings).
The helpdesk staff are CVI (Certified Video Implementer) qualified which enables them to diagnose any problem and resolve it with the minimum amount of disruption. The equipment used for our Video Help Desk enables us to look at your equipment’s performance, monitor the line, and provide error causes for most situations. We will also call the remote system to ensure the number you are calling is a valid videoconferencing system and isolate the problem.

In the few events when a hardware failure is diagnosed FirstCare offers next day courier replacement for failed equipment ensuring that response times are kept to the minimum possible. Plus FirstCare includes onsite support.
