Helpdesk

The FirstCare Helpdesk is there to ensure any problems are resolved as quickly as possible. The helpdesk staff are CVI (Certified Video Implementer) qualified which enables them to diagnose any problem and resolve it with the minimum amount of disruption. The equipment used for our Video Helpdesk enables us to view your system’s performance, monitor the line, and provide error causes for most situations. If a hardware failure is diagnosed FirstCare offers hardware replacement for failed equipment ensuring that response times are kept to a minimum possible.

Maintenance

FirstCare delivers a support package that allows you peace of mind when you invest in your Video Conferencing solution. It is an ongoing relationship that’s more than just technical support. We want to help, we want you to call. This is why we have a manned Video Help desk to enable prompt solutions to problems that may arise and to help you complete those more demanding tasks such as data sharing and collaborative working, now that many Video Conferencing systems have these advanced data sharing and graphics capabilities. Training

Video Conferencing is a technology that will grow by people using the equipment and feeling comfortable with it, and our aim is to make it as simple as a telephone call and be perceived as an essential communication tool.
